Vic Mignogna Poster

So my first project in my Graphic Communications class was to create a concert poster for whoever we wanted to and we had to include the person, place, date, time, and price. Thank goodness for my teacher, I could bend the rules a bit considering I have a bigger knowledge of Photoshop than the rest of the little kiddies in the class so I could mess around with the layout a bit more than the rest and I could bend the rules on the whole price and place thing. 

Alright Fullmetal Alchemist fans, let me show you all of the little easter eggs I laid out in this poster. Maybe you already found all of them and that's great!  

So first things first is that this is obviously a concert poster for Vic Mignogna. I even used the original concert logo from his actual concert he performed in not too long ago (got the DVD for it XD). So behind Vic in the picture is the human transmutation circle that I found on this website fma.aredmoon.net/family.php?si… Another obvious one is the FMA symbol in the corner that I got from someone on DA so all the credit goes to them right here gawd3ss.deviantart.com/art/Ful…

Now for a fun one, the reason why Vic's head is cropped kinda weirdly is that he's inside a silhouette of Edward Elric. You can kinda see it with that white glow that I offered for a better view. I guess this was the biggest thing I needed to explain 'cause some people in my Graphic Com class didn't understand that part. For the place, it's the Risembul Rangers HQ (which probably doesn't exist but whatever!) in Amestris and the date of the concert is Oct. 3rd which is the day they burned their house. Also, I dropped this Acen or Anime Central reference in tiny text at the bottom (only 'cause that's the next con I'm goin' to ^^) 

After that, I think that's all the fun thing's I put in. I had a lotta fun makin' this poster and I hope you guys like it too. Now how about you guys all pray for me to have Vic actually come to Acen this year so that I can actually give him this poster that's about eleven by seventeen in nice glossy paper 'cause that'd be amazing if I could
